PWR!Moves Certified Exercise Specialists

PWR!Moves Certified Exercise Specialists are Parkinson's Disease (PD) specialized. They integrate PD-specific functional skill training into one-on-one fitness coaching. Their skills are designed to improve fitness (aerobics, flexibility, strength, balance, agility), reduce PD symptoms, and improve mobility and function. Exercise specialists adapt to varying disease severity and apply learning techniques to challenge participants physically and cognitively to do more than they think they can in a fun, supportive environment.
