How to Join a Class​
To Attend In Person
If you’d like to attend as a guest,
please call 518-523-8521.
Drop-in rates are $18 per class,
or $10 per class with
the purchase of a day pass.​
Register here to reserve your
spot in an in-person class.​
Your primary resource for all our group fitness offerings and the latest updates.
Members and guests must register for classes in advance—up to 15 days ahead and no later than 3 hours before class (exceptions handled at the front desk). If you can’t attend, please unenroll to avoid a $5 no-show fee. Classes with two or fewer participants will be canceled, and enrolled members will be notified at least two hours before the start time.
