2025 Focused Group Training

Our Focused Group Training is designed with you in mind! Our certified instructors develop programming with specific outcomes and goals. These programs are designed to provide education and results in a set period of time. They give you access to structured training with a group at a lower rate than that of one-on-one fitness coaching, but with the same expert training that you would receive one-on-one.

Fit Through the Holidays: Staying Active and Accountable

Maintain your fitness momentum and stay accountable during the holiday season with our Fit Through the Holidays program. This comprehensive workout series is designed to help you navigate the busy period between Thanksgiving and New Year’s while keeping you on track with your fitness goals.

Over the course of the program, you'll engage in a dynamic mix of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), strength training, and cardiovascular workouts. Each session is crafted to boost your metabolism, enhance your strength, and elevate your endurance, ensuring you remain active and energized despite the seasonal festivities.

Key features of the program include:

  • HIIT Workouts: Short, intense bursts of exercise to maximize calorie burn and improve overall fitness in a time-efficient manner.

  • Strength Training: Targeted exercises to build muscle, improve bone density, and increase overall strength.

  • Cardiovascular Training: Activities to enhance your heart health, stamina, and endurance.

Our program also emphasizes accountability and support, with regular check-ins and a community of like-minded individuals to keep you motivated. Whether you’re looking to offset holiday indulgences, maintain your current fitness level, or simply stay active through a busy season, Fit Through the Holidays offers the structure and encouragement you need to finish the year strong and enter the new year feeling your best.
