This is a great workout for people who have joint pain or are new to exercise and want to build confidence to move to the gym floor.
Our featured equipment is Aqua-Ohm. Aqua-Ohm provides drag resistance to develop strength safely. The Aqua-Ohm is adjustable, allowing you to choose the amount of resistance that is right for you.
