We know you’ve been eagerly waiting for this and we are very excited to announce the
re-opening of our lap pool. For your safety, only the outer two lanes will be open. Reservations for swimming will be required. You can reserve time once per day, up to seven days in advance. Canceling is mandatory if you are unable to make the time. Failure to cancel will result in a reduction in the length of time you will be allowed to reserve
a lane. Swimmers will be allowed 45-minutes to swim and asked to call 518.523.8521 to reserve their swim time prior to showing up.

Adirondack Health Medical Fitness Center offers swim classes that integrate various techniques and will leave you feeling healthier than before you got in the pool, no matter how hard the workout. Our certified trainers will guide you through race-specific training and techniques to improve your stroke. Other classes will take you on a journey through fun, aerobic swim programming that focuses on strength and conditioning exercises that integrate movement, the energy from the water, and the music in the air. Whether you want a swim that improves your technical skills, or you suffer from conditions that make other traditional forms of exercise not practical, our certified water aerobics group fitness instructors have developed medically integrated programming based on targeted heart rate to achieve the perfect exercise intensity that can be adapted to every individual.
