Fall Schedule
Amy Spiegel has joined our team and will be teaching spin classes designed for everyone. If you are new to spin this is the class for you. Spinning combines a foundation of basic cycling movements, motivational coaching techniques, and breathing awareness. Great cardiovascular training on indoor bikes with great music, and lots of energy to help you make the most out of workout.
This group exercise program is a circuit class. The class begins with a group warm-up and balance series followed by circuit exercises focusing on the five functional movements: Bending and Lifting. Single leg pulling and pushing and rotational movements.
