Women Stretching

Morning stretch & Gentle Yoga

Very gentle yoga poses that will integrate the mind, body, and spirit. Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, to maintain range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Healthy muscles also help a person with balance problems to avoid falls. This class is beginner-friendly! Great way to start your day!

Hatha Yoga
This yoga practice is a gentle Hatha flow. Movements are slow and great for those new to yoga, for students who prefer a more relaxed style, or for holding poses longer.  As the weeks move forward, we will progress the moves!
