Yoga Therapy Description: 

Yoga Therapy is a series of specialized yoga sessions to promote health and well-being that include personalized assessment, goal setting, and lifestyle management for individuals and small groups. Each Yoga Therapy session will be curated to the client or group's particular needs and may include:

  • Check-In Conversation

  • Movement / Yoga Postures

  • Breathing Techniques

  • Meditation / Mindfulness

  • Guided Relaxation Practices (Yoga Nidra)

  • Lifestyle Integration Assignments

 

Yoga therapy can support people with:

  • Stress management and burnout 

  • Anxiety and depression 

  • Trauma 

  • Insomnia and sleep issues

  • Injury recovery

  • Autoimmune conditions and symptom management 

  • Body pain and stiffness

  • And many other physical and mental health challenges
