Core & More, Fridays at Noon with Dino Angelopoulos: "It’s amazing how much your “core” works when standing on one leg or holding one weight. We may do one sit-up exercise, but mostly about postural control."

Physioball and Dumbbells, Wednesdays at Noon with Dino Angelopoulos: Toys for big girls and boys. Something so simple can be so challenging.

Mobility Warm-up & Movement Prep, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m. with Dino Angelopoulos: This is what your warm-ups should look like. It’s not just getting your heart rate up and blood pumping. Let's get your Central Nervous System fired up. The perfect class to do before a run!                                   

Playing in The Bands with Sheila Decker, Fridays at 8 a.m.: Playing in the Bands makes a return and now you can follow along from the comfort of your home! The class has been shortened to 30-minutes for your convenience but will still feature slow-paced standing and floor exercises and finish with a dynamic stretching sequence all using resistance band loops. Participants should have at least one resistance band loop and a mat is recommended. All levels of experience welcome!

Bodyweight Burn with Sheila Decker, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 4 p.m.: In this 30-minute class, we will use a variety of unique bodyweight movements to improve mobility, strength, and power. This HIIT style class will help you make the most of your home workout using only your body. The class will start with a slow-paced mobility circuit to allow you to open up tight joints and practice specific movement patterns. The power circuit will follow which uses plyometric exercises to increase heart rate and capability to produce force. Finally, the strength circuit will challenge you with holds and dynamic movements designed to test your balance and core strength. A mat is recommended. 

Total Body Workout with Kim Beach, Fridays at 11 a.m.: This 20-minute bodyweight class gets right to the point! The class will focus on dynamic, total-body movements. We'll see you on the mat.

Evolve Your Strength with Kim Beach, Mondays, and Wednesdays at 10 a.m.: Equipment needed: one set of weights, medium preferred (if you don't have weights don't worry). Circular resistance bands (optional). This is a remake on Kim’s Fit Over 50 class and now from the comfort of your own home! A 30-minute circuit-style class that will focus on total body movements.  

Get Fit with Erik, Mondays, and Wednesdays at 8 a.m.: Now from your very own living room, you can continue to get fit with Erik! 

 

 

Core, Mobility & More with Traci Marie, Mondays at 4 p.m. and Thursdays and Saturdays at 11 a.m.: Your core is the powerhouse for everything you do. Whether it be daily life activities, exercise, or athletic performance. Join Traci and learn how to properly engage your transverse abdominals (located in the lower region of the abdominal wall, around the hips and toward the pelvic region) to gain proper activation in each exercise resulting in the lower back and pelvic stabilization. The class will take you through a series of exercises that are unique, challenging and fun - all geared towards the core (abdomen muscles, hips, spine and back muscles) and more! Resulting in a total body workout with the majority of the work being powered by your core.  All abilities are welcome and encouraged!
