Core & More with Dino Angelopoulos, Fridays at noon.

From Dino: “It’s amazing how much your core works when standing on one leg or holding one weight. We may do one sit-up exercise, but it's mostly about postural control.” Equipment needed: mat, light-medium dumbbells.

Physioball & Dumbbells with Dino Angelopoulos, Wednesdays at noon.

From Dino: “Toys for big girls and boys. Something so simple can be so challenging.” Equipment needed: mat, light-medium dumbbells, physioball.

Mobility Warm-up & Movement Prep with Dino Angelopoulos, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 9 a.m.

This class is about Movement Preparation. The General Mobility sequence is a great way to get your day started, then we add in some High-Intensity work to get your Central Nervous System firing, and we are READY TO GO!!

Playing in The Bands with Sheila Decker, Wednesdays at 4 p.m.; Fridays at 8 a.m.: Playing in the Bands makes a return and now you can follow along from the comfort of your home! The class has been shortened to 30-minutes for your convenience but will still feature slow-paced standing and floor exercises and finish with a dynamic stretching sequence all using resistance band loops. Participants should have at least one resistance band loop and a mat is recommended. All levels of experience welcome!

Bodyweight Burn with Sheila Decker, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 4 p.m.

In this 30-minute class, we will use a variety of unique bodyweight movements to improve mobility, strength, and power. This HIIT (high-intensity interval training) style class will help you make the most of your home workout using only your body. The class will start with a slow-paced mobility circuit to allow you to open up tight joints and practice specific movement patterns. The power circuit will follow, which uses plyometric exercises to increase heart rate and capability to produce force. Finally, the strength circuit will challenge you with holds and dynamic movements designed to test your balance and core strength. A mat is recommended.

Total Body Workout with Kim Beach, Fridays at 11 a.m.

This 20-minute bodyweight class gets right to the point. The class will focus on dynamic, total-body movements. We'll see you on the mat.

Evolve Your Strength with Kim Beach, Mondays and Wednesdays at 10 a.m.

This is a remake of Kim’s Fit Over 50 class, now from the comfort of your own home. A 30-minute circuit-style class that will focus on total body movements. Equipment needed (optional): one set of weights, medium preferred, and circular resistance bands. 

Get Fit with Erik Lewish, Mondays and Wednesdays at 8 a.m.

Now from your very own living room, you can continue to get fit with Erik. 

Midday Stretch with Erik Lewish, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 p.m.

Take a break from your work, stretch yourself out, and get energized to finish your workday. Follow a guided stretching routine designed for those desk-bound and working from home. Areas of focus will be low back, mid-back, neck, hips, and shoulders. Straighten yourself out after sitting at a desk all morning.

Move Better with Kim Beach, on Fridays at 11:30 a.m.

This 20-minute class blends static and active stretches to give you a total body stretch with a focus on areas that are typically tight. This class can be taken on its own or is a great addition to Kim's Total Body Workout class.
