How to attend a class?

If you are attending in-person:

  • log in to your member account here

  • go to classes, enroll in the class 

  • arrive on time and ready to workout

If you are attending virtually:

  • find the class you would like to attend and click on attend virtually here 

  • zoom will pop up, click on launch meeting, if you already have zoom installed on your device it will log you directly into the class, otherwise, it will prompt you to download zoom

Bands, Balls, and Weights, with Keri

Fridays at 10 a.m.

"This class uses resistance bands, dumbbells, stability balls, and foam rollers to build lean muscle, burn body fat and give you an all-around effective workout. This class will challenge you while making you lean and strong!"

L.I.I.T with Erik

Mondays & Wednesdays at 8 a.m.

" Get LIIT with Erik, in this low-Intensity Interval Training class. A new kind of workout that is taking the fitness world by storm. Longer duration, less intense exercises allow us to focus on form and control without taxing our bodies too much."

Cardio, Stability, Stretch with Keri

Mondays at 10 a.m.

"A moderate cardio class that focuses on stretching; combined with light weights for a full-body workout for all ability levels. Get your morning started right while meeting new friends. This class is great for older active adults and seniors!"

30-Minute Cardio Chair Workout with Keri Walker

Wednesdays at 10 a.m.​

"A seated aerobics class focused on full-body movements while increasing the heart rate in a mostly seated position. Simultaneous focus on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities.

 

 

This class is designed for individuals who prefer to do their fitness workout sitting because of lower extremity strength or balance issues. you will get a safe total body workout with a focus on maintaining cardiovascular, mobility, and strength."

Wednesdays at 5 p.m.

VIRTUAL ONLY

"Join Colleen Parker from the comforts of your own home and learn some fun Zumba dance moves so you will be ready to dance with everyone in person again this summer! "

Water Exercise with Tricia Preston

Mondays - Thursdays at 9:15 a.m.

"A low impact but high-intensity water exercise class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone, and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees, and back. Exercises are performed to lively, motivating music and are effective and easy to follow."
