How to attend a class?

If you are attending in-person:

  • log in to your member account here

  • go to classes, enroll in the class 

  • arrive on time and ready to workout

If you are attending virtually:

  • find the class you would like to attend and click on attend virtually here 

  • zoom will pop up, click on launch meeting, if you already have zoom installed on your device it will log you directly into the class, otherwise, it will prompt you to download zoom

We stream all of our group fitness classes virtually. Take a class in person or from the comforts of your own home.
