FREE! Kettlebell Swing & Windmill Workshop

Join Kim Beach, CPT, CES on Saturday, March 28 at 10:30 a.m. for a free 30-minute kettlebell swing and windmill workshop. She will be teaching how to properly exercise with kettlebells and practicing hip hinge mechanics. Advance your workout routine by learning how to workout with kettlebells!

Starting in March we will be offering our mini-triathlon experience to members (or nonmembers for $15) every Monday at 2 p.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m.

All you have to do is sign up ahead of time to reserve your bike and show up ready to have some fun! 

This is for anyone, you don't have to be an experienced triathlete to enjoy this experience. 

Prep Your Body For Hiking Season In The High Peaks

High Peaks Training with Kim Beach, CPT, CES

Mondays & Thursdays from 5 - 6 p.m., starting April 20.

This six-week training program will have you prepared for the Adirondack hiking season. Preparing your body for a hike is one of the most overlooked things that cause hiking injuries. When you go hiking it is important to prepare your gear, plan your day, but always remember to prepare the most important thing… you!

Strength training is generally a good idea for athletes of all ages, but for hikers, strength, mobility, stability and even flexibility is essential for an enjoyable experience.

This workshop is open to all abilities and levels, whether the goal is to hike more often or to become a 46'er!

Members $120 ($10 per class)
Nonmembers $240 ($20 per class)
