Golf season is right around the corner, so get your body ready. The sport requires a great amount of mobility, strength, and balance to allow for the precision needed to strike a golf ball. One aspect of fitness often overlooked is mobility and balance. This program with Dino will be addressing both of these components, along with strength and power to get you prepared for a long and successful golf season.
