Lynda has always been an active person. From the high school swim team to becoming a yoga teacher, her passion for health and fitness has been a consistent theme in her life. Even more so, she enjoys sharing this with others -- inspiring people to be more active and healthy, and live life to the fullest. Lynda brings a wealth of experience in the health and wellness field: a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont, thousands of hours as a yoga teacher and certification as a health coach.
A Vermont native, she is thrilled to share her knowledge about health and wellness with Adirondack residents and visitors. Her philosophy is that everyone deserves to be healthy and well. She believes that with the right combination of diet, exercise, and balanced living, everyone has the ability to achieve radiant health.
