Describe your coaching philosophy.
Foster commitment through engaging and goal oriented programs that start small, stressing proper form and technique in every movement made, and eventually build on the premise of prioritizing correct movement before frequent movement.
How do you spend your days off?
Depending on the season, either on the soccer field, golf course, lake or ski trails, all made better with friends and family.
What is your favorite thing about working at AHMFC?
I love how closely everyone is connected, from the staff to the members, there is always a great energy in the facility.
What sparked your passion of leading a fit & well lifestyle?
When I started coaching collegiate soccer following college graduation, my interest in becoming a Fitness Coach at Adirondack Health came about. The most rewarding feeling for me is watching clients accomplish their goals and progress beyond what they previously thought they could not achieve.
