YOGA

Yoga at Adirondack Health Medical Fitness Center changes and evolves with customized sessions to ability and need. Classes range from restorative and introspective, to high intensity and aerobic, focusing on power and strength. Our certified group fitness and yoga instructors will guide you through a series that is suitable for any level, touching upon a combination of strength, flexibility and balance - yoga classes that will leave you feeling better than when you came in and wanting more.
Spin, cycle, and flow with various certified spin guides who will take you through a positive, energy-infused spin class that works your aerobic engine, while sculpting and strengthening the entire body and mind. An Adirondack Health Medical Fitness Center spin class is more than just solely peddling a bike: It's about being immersed in a community and cycling together as one through hill climbs, sprints and many other challenging drills to the tempo of the perfect upbeat music. Our spin instructors support every level of cyclist, helping everyone reach for something new. Here in our cycling studio, we sweat together, spin together and support each other to reach our personal best.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Sweat and sculpt as a group moving as one in whole-body workouts lead by certified fitness instructors. Adirondack Health Medical Fitness Center's strength and conditioning group fitness classes are created for and can be adapted to many skill levels. These unique workouts will take you through a series of strength and cardio moves that will encourage you to push your limits in strength and focus.

ZUMBA

Find movement and inspiration as our certified Zumba instructors guide you through a group fitness class that is so much more than standard aerobics. Join our dance fitness classes for fun and energizing workouts that move through interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness parties! You will forget that you're exercising as you dance to Latin and world rhythms. This
total-body workout, combining many elements of fitness – cardio, muscle, conditioning, balance and flexibility -- will leave you feeling strong and with a lasting smile. Zumba is a community within the studio that fills the space with permanent joy and happiness, leaving you connected with a sense of empowerment that carries into the rest of your day.
