Heart Openers for the Holidays
A One-Day 90-Minute Workshop w/ Nikki
Sunday, December 17, 9:00-10:30 a.m.
As Ram Dass once famously said, “If you think you're enlightened, go spend a week with your family.”
While the holidays can certainly be a joyous time, they can simultaneously create added stress. Heart Opener for the Holidays is a morning-guided self-care session to help fill your cup and allow you to approach this holiday season with compassion and an open heart. Join us for this special restorative yoga class, that will be paired with some simple self-soothing tools and reflection questions.
*In honor of an open heart, and spreading love this Holiday Season. All proceeds from this class will go to the scholarship foundation.
